Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We're located on Roman Road in East London and open 6 days a week.

Do you sell online?

Afraid not. We've gone old school and only sell in store. But we promise you it's nice!

You get a chat (if you want to) and some time to enjoy your shopping. You get to see, touch and smell stuff.  And you get to enjoy your purchases immediately – no waiting around for a delivery.

Question 3

Tell me about the helium balloons...

Accepted Answer

We sell foil balloons – numbers, big shapes, fun shapes and silly shapes. They're ideal for birthdays and celebrations.

The costs vary from £5 to £13 per balloon.

You can pop in and order in advance, or they can be inflated on the day – just allow a little time in case we're busy.

We recommend buying them as close to the event as possible – no more than the day before – so they're fresh and buoyant.

And some important bits to note...

Firstly, we don't inflate latex balloons (ours or yours). The reasons are boring and long winded but it's a strict rule that we stick by.

And secondly, you can bring us balloons to inflate but we will charge per balloon, and they have to be foil. Not all balloons are equal and the internet is a misleading place. We will always try our best to get a rise but occasionally they are too small or too large or just simply not suitable.

Question 4

The internet says you can print something for me?

As previously mentioned, the internet is a world of chaos. We do not offer printing services, or any customisation services. 
It seems impossible to make google change its mind about this but maybe writing it in bold type will help!

Question 5

Do you ever close up and go on holiday?

Accepted Answer

Good question! And the answer is occasionally yes. As a small business it's the most cost effective way to get a break.

We will always try and make it as clear as possible on google, the website, instagram, a good old fashioned note on the door.

But hopefully you can forgive us if you turn up and the shutter is down.
